impuls8 is a market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data on Indian D2C brands, niches, and categories. It is designed to help founders and brand operators research markets, identify opportunities, and track competitive landscapes.

By using impuls8, you agree to these terms.

2. Using the platform

You may use impuls8 for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute impuls8 data in bulk without written permission
  • Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any brand, individual, or business
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws

3. Data accuracy

impuls8 aggregates data from public sources including brand websites, social media, Reddit, Google Trends, and YouTube. While we work to keep data accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy.

impuls8 data is intended to inform decisions — not replace your own due diligence. We are not liable for business decisions made based on data from the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The impuls8 platform, including its design, scoring models, and compiled datasets, is owned by impuls8. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of it without permission.

Brand names, logos, and other brand assets displayed on impuls8 are property of their respective owners. Their appearance on impuls8 does not imply endorsement or partnership.

5. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability

impuls8 is currently in early access. We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

impuls8 is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of impuls8.
